Product details

400mm Interlocking Sports Court Tiles are modular PP flooring tiles designed for indoor and outdoor sports spaces. Each tile connects through an integrated lock-together system, allowing fast installation without permanent adhesive.

The open-grid structure supports water drainage and airflow, while damaged or worn sections can be replaced individually. This makes interlocking sports flooring suitable for schools, community courts, basketball areas, futsal courts, playgrounds and temporary sports projects.

Installation and Subfloor Requirements

The tiles should be installed over a firm, stable and properly drained base. Concrete and other approved hard surfaces should be checked for major cracks, uneven areas and drainage problems before installation.

Perimeter space, court dimensions and thermal movement should be considered during layout planning. Edge pieces and transition details should also be confirmed according to the site condition.

Why Modular Tiles Work for Outdoor Courts

Drainage After Rain

The open-grid design allows water to move through the surface instead of remaining on top of the playing area.

Faster Installation

The lock-together system reduces complicated wet installation processes and allows the court to be assembled in sections.

Simple Maintenance

Individual tiles can be removed for inspection or replacement without dismantling the entire court.

Flexible Court Design

Different colors can be used for playing zones, boundary areas, keys, center circles and surrounding spaces.
